Mushi Mushi ! =)

Its been like 123456789 days since i last blogged, let alone visiting my blog and going to the net. Although its just a 3 days school this week, i’m still tired after everyday, taking every opportunity to go down to Macritchie to train. It was a “plesant” surprise Coach gave us on Monday, A Delicious Training Plan to start the week, same goes for the new and fresh changes made to the running plan on weekdays.

And I must say i definitely did not do well for the running on both tuesday and thursday this week. What can i say, i’m just angry with myself, for giving in to the stitches, and today, my legs just felt totally wrong. And now, i’m experiencing pain on both my knee joint. ): Its definitely a sucky feeling i dont want to feel again next week. Fuyong knocked some sense into me when i told him how i felt which was really stupid. And what he said was right, PoonYong says: if you’re thinking of using something to motivate you, its useless, because when the thing is gone, you’re gone too. Intrinsic Motivation is what i’m talking about. Am i going to motivate myself , to push myself again? like how i used to for the past one year, pushing myself over the limit, and i did experience the sweet fruits of achievement after the bitterness. All in All, No Pain No Gain. =)

On a plesant note, I’m impressed with many of the juniors, who’ve been doing exceptionally well. At least i know they’re putting in the effort to train and we got an experienced coach whose been giving us those productive training plans that really worked well. At least i know , its not like what we used to say, each batch gonna get worse and worse. & definitely , i’m sure i’m gonna push them real hard, whether is it gym , paddling or running, to bring them up to a higher level, and seeing them improving is what i would hope to see when they’re gonna be seniors . I’m sure all of you can do it, so those juniors who read my blog , you people gotta push yourself too, because i’ll be there to help you guys through ! (= , so will my team ! Gabriel, dont be disheartened , i’m sure with determination, its possible. & like what andrew said, although we might be losers, but we’re not gonna be quitters !  JIAYOU FOR SPCT !

*Round Ubin’s coming soon. I’m Overjoyed, Excited , and many many things i’m feeling now but still nervous on the other hand. 1st competition for the juniors, 2nd time for me. Yes, Everyone’s gonna put in their best. & i still remember gabriel reaching Pasiris Park early in the morning at like 5.30am , reporting to me the sea condition there. HAHAHA. and Me , sharing rice  & Meat with Zhiwei & Jianwei in the morning. Good Memories indeeed ! (:

Because you’re still the youngest member in the family, i still hope you will keep that sweetness, primary school cuteness in you and being the most adorable, handsome boy that everyone dotes on  (:

Fridays would now become I-am-free days for this wholeee semester. Beat That. Wohooo. No lessons on Fridays, and its like finally that i could have a four day routine of school for the first time in my life.

First Friday of the semester.

I brought my younger brothers out to town for a shopping spree. Indeed it was a shopping spree, we went home with truckloads of paper bags . The initial plan was to bring my youngest brother to buy his birthday presents for his upcoming 12th . Both my younger bro and Me chipped in to buy him a black crumpler pouch which caught his attention at the Crumpler Shop located at Wheelock Place. Oh yes by the way, The Complete seed series came up with a new design with a quite a variety of new colours , many of which are vibrant and bright, its nice though, but it seems much smaller tin size than the one i am carrying now. Then, We headed Over to GAP at Wisma. He Got himself 2 tops and a Jacket there, totalling to more than 100bucks. What a lucky Chap. No wonder some say, its best to be the youngest as everyone adores him/her the most in particular.

On a lighter note, Dad’s planning to get a Nintendo Wii tomorrow to replace the Playstation 2 at home. The Whole family havent been touching the PS2 for quite sometime, even when the holidays are here, they use the computers more than the PS2. I’m gonna persuade my dad to purchase the WiiFIT. Some added feature that is totally new to the new age of game consoles .It is ia mat connected to the Wii, installed with a program providing training session such as pushups,  torso twist ,  lunges , sideplanks, measures your BMI , heart rate and whats more , my mum can do her yoga at home when she’s lazy to go down for her morning exercises. I’ll update more about the features when we get it tomorrow  (:

*Core Training tomorrow! My ankle and legs have recovered from the taxing Botanic Garden run, or rather sprint from circuit training yesterday. They feel fine , and ready for training again tomorrow !
